Our homebrew crew has been in high gear. Currently I’m housing 5 carboys fermenting away, aside from the 4 others of souring beer that are going. What better day then Monday to run through and check up on a few of them.

Had a bit of free time this evening so I decided to class up a few capped bottles of my sour blend. Whipped up a mixture for sealing the top, printed out a couple labels, complete. There, that should at least force me to think twice about opening these up.
