I agree, although it seems Alex at Upright is doing some big hopped Saisons, although I don&#039;t get the peppery notes from his that Dupont pulls and the NW hops go citrus instead of the earthy notes. Also, Jolly Pumpkin has that ESBam, that is a hopped up version of their Bam Bier... I think, although I don&#039;t recall it tasting much like Dupont.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m so with you.  It&#039;s that bitterness and earthy-spicy quality.  It&#039;s a top-five beer for me.  It&#039;s odd, too, that it&#039;s really the only version that&#039;s hoppy.  So strange others haven&#039;t gone for that, especially domestics.</description>
